I fully endorse this idea Debra. Stakeholders are a very important aspect of any major changes within our educational institutions. The more you engage and involve them, the more you uncover any potential risks to the implementation of your plan. Also, the more involved they are the more support you receive; financial or otherwise.
I also agreed with the comments made in the video. Technology enhances students' learning and participation in the classroom. Technology is here to stay so it should be embraced all stakeholders.
Oh yes Debra that graphic really captures the importance of the stakeholders in the acceptance and implementation of the digital strategy. Their collaboration leads to the success of the strategy with the learners and educators being at the core or centre of it all.
