Creating and executing a digital strategy is like building a home.   You must first determine what you want the end result to be.  You plan carefully for your home to rest on a solid foundation, so that all who inhabit and enter therein are safe and comfortable. So too, your digital strategy must take into consideration all that is necessary (digital literacy and capacity, digital technology infrastructure, and digital leadership) for stakeholders to be safe and comfortable using the technology. In this way not only is the building and its contents secured, but persons (staff and students) can also grow both individually and together.
